Mission:
Focused on sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving objectives.

Responsible for your results and your objectives, and able to use your sales skills to achieve them.

Your role will focus on, among other things:

- Sales
- Store maintenance: restocking, merchandising,  ...
- Working to ensure our customers have a unique shopping experience. - Applying all our processes.- Being a brand ambassador and contributing to the development of your point of sale while respecting commercial policy.

Profile:

Focused on KPIs

Passionate about sports and fashion

You enjoy working in a team

Able to convey your knowledge of the world of action sports

Experience in the retail sector and languages is valued

You will be part of an enthusiastic and competent team where you will have the opportunity to showcase and develop your communication skills, working for a leading and creative brand in the world of surfwear and sportswear.

Proficiency in English and a basic German level will be a plus.
